I very much have a tendency to draw fan comics of my favorite characters as a form of stress relief after a day of drawing other comics. And well... this one is no exception.

This cute little story of Wolverine rescuing an abandoned fawn and naming it after a Johnny Cash song is inspired by all the deer that openly roam around my town, my rural up bringing, and perhaps most of all, my dad. I often call my dad 'real life Logan'. An ex-marine, serial marathon runner, rural farm-raised, blue-collar just machine of a man. He has four cats that he claimed he didn't want, said he would never pet them and yada yada. I am certain he now loves these cats more than me or any of my siblings. In turn, all the cats love him more than anyone else. It's always the toughest ones that are the softest,
